Verifying Your comps Account
Account verification is how we confirm your identity before any payout clears — it protects your balance the same way a bank protects a checking account. You only go through the full process once. We ask for a government-issued photo ID, a document that confirms your address, and sometimes a short selfie to match the ID photo. Once those are reviewed and
approved, your account is marked verified and future withdrawals skip the document step entirely. Starting verification early — before you request your first withdrawal — means there is no wait between wanting your money and moving it.
- Submit a photo ID — Upload a clear photo of a government-issued ID — a driver's license or US passport works. Both sides may be needed for a driver's license.
- Confirm your address — A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official mail showing your name and address is accepted. The document should be dated within the last 90 days.
- Selfie match — Some accounts require a selfie next to the ID to confirm the photo matches the person requesting the payout. The image is reviewed by our team, not stored publicly.
- Approval and status — Once we review your documents, your account page shows a verified badge. From that point, withdrawal requests go straight to the payout queue.
