HOW WE OPERATE

How comps Runs Casino Floor Gold

Casino Floor Gold runs on studio feeds and game engines from providers who publish their own audit data. We surface that data in the game interface wherever the provider makes it available — no invented figures on our end.

Evolution Live Studio Feed

Gold floor live tables stream from Evolution's licensed studio environment. Dealing is done by trained dealers on camera; every shuffle and hand is recorded at the studio level.

Pragmatic Play Audit Data

Pragmatic Play titles in the Gold section carry third-party RTP certificates. That data appears in the game's info panel — exactly as Pragmatic Play reports it, nothing adjusted.

Round Logging

Casino Floor Gold keeps a complete session log for every round you play. If a disconnection or display error occurs mid-round, the server result is final and reviewable.

State Eligibility Check

Access to Casino Floor Gold depends on your state's current regulations. The platform checks your registered state at login so you only see sections available where local law permits.

comps How We Built the Gold Floor

How We Built the Gold Floor

Casino Floor Gold at comps centers on Evolution live dealer rooms — the same studio behind Gold Bar Roulette and Lightning Blackjack. You get multi-seat blackjack tables with side-bet rails, baccarat with real squeeze dealing, and a dedicated roulette suite that runs continuous rounds. On the slots side, Pragmatic Play's gold-themed titles sit alongside Gates of Olympus and Sweet Bonanza in a

curated row. Every title in the Gold floor shows its RTP where the game provider exposes that data — we don't invent numbers. The whole section loads without a separate app download.

Casino Floor Gold Terms Explained

01
What does RTP mean in Casino Floor Gold?

RTP stands for Return to Player — the percentage of wagered money a game pays back over many rounds. We display it only where the provider publishes certified data.

02
What is a side bet on a Gold floor blackjack table?

A side bet is an optional wager placed alongside your main blackjack hand, typically on specific card combinations. It pays out independently of whether you win the base hand.

03
What does 'squeeze dealing' mean in Gold floor baccarat?

Squeeze dealing is a live baccarat ritual where the dealer slowly reveals the card edges before flipping. It adds theater to the round without changing the game's math or outcome.

04
What is a multiplier feature in Gold floor slots?

A multiplier boosts a winning combination by a set factor — 2x, 5x, or higher depending on the title. Lightning Blackjack and Gates of Olympus both use multiplier mechanics in their bonus stages.

05
What does 'house edge' mean on Gold floor table games?

House edge is the mathematical percentage the casino retains from each bet over time. In Gold floor baccarat, the banker bet typically carries a lower house edge than the player or tie bet.

06
What is KYC in the context of Casino Floor Gold withdrawals?

KYC stands for Know Your Customer — the identity verification step required before withdrawals are processed. You upload a government-issued ID through your account settings to complete it.
