HOW WE DOCUMENT THIS

Clarity on Games, Payments, and Policies

We keep the platform documentation current so you always know what you're looking at — RTP figures appear on a game only when the provider publishes them, payment timelines reflect the actual clearing process, and terms pages are versioned so you can see what changed. If something looks off, our contact routes are direct.

Game Information

RTP and volatility data appear only when the game studio — Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution — publishes it. We don't invent figures; if a title shows no RTP, the provider hasn't released one.

Payment Documentation

Every deposit and withdrawal generates a transaction record in your account history. PayPal, Venmo, and Play+ receipts match the records on your account so you can reconcile both sides.

Terms and Policy Access

Terms, privacy policy, and state-eligibility language are linked from every page footer. We version these documents so you can see when a change was made and what it covered.

Contact Routes

Live chat and email are the two direct lines to the support team. Response times and availability are shown in the help center — we don't publish hours we can't keep.

SLOTS AND LIVE TABLES

Casino Games Across Every Category

The games lobby covers slots from studios including Pragmatic Play and PG Soft — titles like Gates of Olympus and Mahjong Ways sit alongside video poker, blackjack, and live dealer rooms streamed by Evolution. High-cap slot titles including Sky High Crash and prize-style slot features are in their own rooms so they're easy to find. Availability depends on your state and the game category; RTP figures are shown directly on any title where the provider publishes them.

LOCAL PAYMENT RAILS

PayPal, Venmo, and Play+ at the Cage

These are the three payment paths most US account holders already use. PayPal deposits post to your comps balance as soon as PayPal confirms the send — open your PayPal app, enter the amount, confirm with your PIN or Face ID, and the funds appear. Venmo works the same way: send from your Venmo balance or linked debit card and the transaction posts immediately. Play+ is a prepaid card issued to your account; load it from a checking account or debit card and use it to deposit or withdraw without connecting a bank account directly. Cashouts go back through whichever rail you deposited from, subject to verification.

HELP AND CONTACT

Reach Support When You Need It

Three contact paths are available depending on how fast you need an answer. Live chat handles most account and payment questions in real time; email is there for anything that needs documentation attached.

Live Chat Open the chat widget from any page on the site. It connects you to a support agent without leaving the lobby — useful if a PayPal deposit hasn't posted or a game session needs reviewing.
Email Support Send account questions, identity-verification documents, or withdrawal inquiries to the support email shown in the help center. Email works best for anything that needs a paper trail or file attachment.
Mobile Help Access The help center is fully accessible from mobile. Search the FAQ, open a chat, or pull up the support email address without switching to a desktop — your account details carry over automatically.

ACCOUNT SECURITY

How We Protect Your Account

Security on a cash-forward platform has to be concrete. Every layer below is specific to your account — not a generic policy statement — and each one handles a different part of the protection stack.

Encrypted Connection SSL encryption covers every page of comps. Data moving between your browser or mobile app and our servers is encrypted in transit so your credentials and payment details aren't exposed on the wire.
Login Verification Account login uses OTP verification sent to your registered phone number or email. You need both your password and the one-time code to get in, which blocks unauthorized access even if a password leaks.
Transaction Records Every deposit and withdrawal creates a timestamped receipt in your account history. PayPal, Venmo, and Play+ transactions are logged the moment they clear so you have a full audit trail at any time.
Data Storage Practices Personal information and payment data are stored in access-controlled environments. Payment credentials are handled through the respective payment provider APIs — comps does not store raw card numbers or full PayPal credentials on its own servers.

WHERE TO START

Your First Few Minutes at comps

Opening an account is straightforward. Enter your details, verify your identity with a government-issued ID, and your account is ready. From there the lobby is one tap away — slots load instantly on mobile, and the sportsbook pulls up NFL and NBA lines the moment you land on it. Players in Los Angeles reach the lobby in seconds on either a phone or a desktop browser. If anything stalls, live chat is in the footer of every page.

Create Your Account Register with your name, email address, and state. Identity verification uses a government-issued ID and usually clears quickly so you can get to the lobby without a long wait.
What's in the Lobby Slots from Pragmatic Play and PG Soft, live dealer blackjack and baccarat from Evolution, plus a full sportsbook with NFL point spreads, moneylines, and same-game parlays.
Account Wallet Basics Your balance sits in your account wallet. Deposits and withdrawals both run through the same wallet, so you always see one clear number — no separate bonus wallet to track separately.
Getting Help Fast Live chat connects you to a support agent directly from the site. Email support is also available if your question needs a longer back-and-forth or account documentation.
MOBILE ACCESS

The Full Lobby on Your Phone

The comps mobile experience runs in your browser — no separate download required on iOS or Android. The slots lobby, live dealer tables, and sportsbook all load at full fidelity on a phone screen. Tap the account icon to check your balance, switch payment methods, or request a cashout. The NFL sportsbook and live blackjack tables scale cleanly to portrait mode so you're not pinching and zooming between bets. Notifications for transaction confirmations come through your browser so you know the moment a PayPal or Venmo deposit clears.

Go to the Payments tab in your account, select PayPal, enter the amount, and confirm in your PayPal app with your PIN or biometric. The funds post to your comps balance as soon as PayPal confirms the transaction on their end.

Yes. Cashouts go back to the payment method you deposited from. If you funded your account via Venmo, select Venmo in the withdrawal section, enter the amount, and submit. Verification may be required before the first withdrawal processes.

Play+ is a prepaid card issued to your comps account. Load it from a checking account or debit card, then use it to deposit or withdraw without linking a bank account directly. It works like any other prepaid card for online transactions.

RTP figures appear directly on the game tile or in the game's info panel — but only when the studio, such as Pragmatic Play or PG Soft, publishes that data. If no RTP is shown, the provider hasn't released the figure publicly.

Yes. The lobby runs in your mobile browser on iOS Safari and Android Chrome with no app download needed. Slots, live tables, and the sportsbook all load at full quality, and you can request cashouts directly from the mobile account tab.

MOVING AROUND THE LOBBY

How to Navigate comps Without Getting Lost

The nav bar at the top splits the lobby into three clear sections: Casino, Sportsbook, and Live. Pick Casino for slots from Pragmatic Play and PG Soft — use the filter row to sort by studio, volatility, or game type. Switch to Live and you land directly on Evolution's live dealer tables including Live Dealer Blackjack and live baccarat. The Sportsbook tab opens NFL, NBA, MLB, and NHL markets; click any game for same-game parlays and player props. Your account icon sits in the top-right corner on every page — tap it to see your balance, transaction history, and payment settings without leaving your current section.

Finding a Specific Slot

Use the search bar in the Casino tab or filter by studio name. Gates of Olympus and Mahjong Ways appear under Pragmatic Play; Sky High Crash is in the crash-game room accessible from the filter menu.

Switching to Live Tables

Tap the Live tab in the main nav. Evolution tables load immediately — pick a stake level from the lobby cards before you sit so you know the table minimum before your first hand.

Building a Sportsbook Parlay

Open any NFL or NBA game from the Sportsbook tab and tap the markets you want. Selected legs appear in the bet slip on the right; same-game parlay combinations show their combined odds before you confirm.

Account Area Navigation

The account icon in the top-right opens a dropdown with Balance, History, Payments, and Settings. Request a PayPal or Venmo cashout from the Payments tab — no need to navigate to a separate page.
